Elite Crossing Homeowners Association

The Elite Crossing Community is located in Anywhere CA.  There are 300 homes in the development, ranging in size from 1800 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft.

The Elite Crossing Homeowners Association (HOA)  is self-managed by a volunteer group composed entirely of residential property owners.
The HOA  is presided over by a five-member Board of Directors

The purpose of this site is to provide information about our neighborhood and the workings of the association.  We are proud of our neighborhood and our homes It is the association's purpose to maintain and improve, so that we can continue to enjoy our neighborhood and protect the value of our investments.

September 2021 - News

Monthly HOA Meeting Date Has Changed

The monthly Board of Directors meetings are now held on the first Thurdsay of every month a 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. 

Gutter Cleaning Scheduled March 16 & 17

All gutters and downspouts throughout the community will be cleaned on March 16 and 17 2020 by Acme Company. The HOA, Management and contractor are not liable for any damage that may occur so please move personal items away from buildings. Thank you!
 
Elite Crossing Annual Meeting August 31, 2021

Are you interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors ? The 2021 Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2021 at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. Please return the attached Candidacy Form to Management by 1 PM on September 1, 2021 to be on the ballot.
